New Spring Menu 2024 Alert!
Spring Freshness: Atis lights up London’s salad scene by embracing Spring’s fresh flavours
Spring 2024!
Spring is finally here, and we can finally release our new Spring menu! This will and is available at all our London sites: Old Street, Eccleston Yards, Notting Hill, Canary Wharf, and Borough Yards.
Seasonal, high-quality, fresh vegetables come with spring, so it is key that we welcome them all into our stores to ensure the best produce for you. Our talented team of chefs has curated all the ingredients and dishes incorporated into this new menu, making sure these are sustainably sourced.
With fresh tangy kimchi (yes, that’s right, kimchi!) slaw, apricot harissa yoghurt, and Kimmy’s kimchi dressing, among other new menu items, we are making sure to capture the spirit of spring; providing you with that lightness and vitality with every bite you take.
So what IS new?
- SOFT-BOILED EGG

Includes: Baby spinach, Brown rice, Cucumber, Edamame+Peas, Kimchi Radish Slaw, Coriander+Spring onion, Soft boiled Eggs, Crispy shallots, Kimmy’s K.O dressing.
- CASHEW CRUNCH PLATE
Includes: Brown rice, Pink slaw, Coriander+Spring onion, Avo kale slaw, and roasted cashew dressing.

JALAPEÑO TACO BOWL
Includes: Romaine, Tricolour quinoa, Tomatoes, Charred corn, Pink slaw, Coriander+Spring onion, Tortilla crunch, and Vegan jalapeño Caesar dressing.
- THE HEALER
Includes: Romaine, Tricolour quinoa, Tahini Chickpeas, Pink Slaw, Pickled red onion, Coriander+Spring onion, Sweet potato, Smoked almonds, Lime squeeze+Tahini dressing.
Hmmm kimchi, you say…
That’s right, kimchi! Here at Atis, we believe that our gut is our second brain, and it has been proven that good gut health has a plethora of health benefits. For that reason, we have collaborated with Kimchi & Radish to bring you fresh, tangy, and just-bursting-with-flavour kimchi. We bring them to you as jars sold in our stores or as part of our fresh and sustainable menu for you to enjoy.
Why kimchi?
Kimchi is a fermented food, and, similarly to the sauerkraut in our current avo slaw, it boasts numerous probiotics. These healthy microorganisms may help with many aspects of your health, such as; regulating and boosting your immune system, reducing inflammation, and since it’s for gut health it may also help with digestion of food!
So… why Kimchi & Radish?
Apart from Kimmy’s kimchi being absolutely delicious, their mission aligns with our food ethos. Their mission to offer a fresh, high quality, and natural product that is locally sourced is precisely why this collaboration is perfect, as we help Kimmy with her goal to bring “great tasting fresh kimchi to customers instead of bland factory packed kimchi and fermented chilli sauce” and bring you an explosion of flavours in our restaurants.
With all this being said, the number of different ingredients and options on this new menu gives you, roughly, 483,840 different combinations you can try (yes, I did the maths) and that’s not even including our delicious cookies. So come down to any of our shops and try our chef curated bowls or create your own and try one of those 483,840 combinations for a pleasant sit down meal or a nice healthy takeaway.
