NEW MONTH, NEW MINDSET // This March, get ready to cultivate your good energy stores and jump into the world of healthy living because we have joined up with the guys @thehealthylivingstore – ‘The Home of Holistic Wellness’ – to bring you a whole month dedicated to helping us gain a more balanced and enriching life. Over the next 4 weeks on our Instagram @atisfoodldn, we will bring into focus these 4 pillars of health:
EAT | MOVE | MIND | SLEEP
This holistic approach to wellness is key if we want to lead healthier, happier lives with each pillar demanding equal focus and care. Whilst there is a lot of information and conflicting advice out there on health and wellness, one thing that most health experts would agree on is that these 4 pillars all need nurturing.
And you can hear it from the professionals themselves! Because to help us pave the way to a healthier March and beyond, each week we will be joined by certified experts who’ll be sharing their advice, practical tips and general wisdom on their subject. And what a stellar line up it is!!!
WEEK 1 – EAT. We’ll be hearing from @thednadietitian a leading consultant in DNA based nutrition.
WEEK 2 – MOVE. The Move Studio’s @christianlewispratt will be sharing some moves that bring our primal instincts back to life.
WEEK 3 – MIND. Certified wellness expert @spicyhealth.uk will give us some practical guidance on different ways we can use mindfulness to bring more joy to our lives.
WEEK 4 – SLEEP. Sleep expert @oliviaarezzolo will be sharing the dos and don’ts for a better night’s sleep.
