What is the Atis mission?
Our mission is to make a positive difference to our well-being, our communities and our planet, through the food we eat. We aim to normalise good food as food that not only tastes great but is also sustainably sourced, supportive of ethical partnerships, delivered in eco-friendly packaging and positively impactful on local communities.
What is your packaging made out of?
We have partnered with London Bio Packaging, who supply us with a range of eco-friendly packaging, all of which is made from recycled plastic or from a compostable material, bagasse. The topic of packaging and sustainability is a complex one and the research on what is best for the environment is ever-evolving.
We are by no means perfect, but we are working closely with our partners so that we are always improving.
What happens with your waste?
We have partnered up with First Mile, a zero-to-landfill waste management producer. With their guidance and help, we can make sure that all the waste which moves through our store gets recycled to the max.
What do you do with left overs?
We have partnered with Karma, a community of ‘Waste Warriors’, who help to re-distribute our leftover food at the end of every day so that we are minimising our food wastage as much as possible.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We pride ourselves in being transparent with our customers about where we are sourcing our products, whether it is our kale or our soap.
Who creates the recipes?
We have collaborated with professionally trained chefs who are committed to using seasonal, local ingredients and bold flavours.
How (and when) do you prepare your foods?
We make our food to order, and it is prepared fresh, every day in our kitchen on site.
